Dependant, on the user's computer screen colour settings, we cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be completely true to life.

*** Please note that customers will be charged for Pre-orders at the time of ordering and that all pre-orders shall be shipped 1-2 working days after the stipulated date of release.

Shipping

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Limited Edition apparel and jewellery orders usually take between 3 - 7 working days, Made-To-Order Homeware, Art, & Pre-Order apparel can take up to a minimum of 21 working days, as we are a slow, sustainable fashionable label. This also means that we currently do not offer any express shipping.

Customs and import taxes

We try our best to make sure that duties on our products remain low, if applicable, however, some duties may still apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges -ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but, please contact us via our customer contact box, if you have any problems with your order.
