Customer order time varies between 3- 24 working days, depending on the item. i.e. Accessories will be received much faster than our clothes.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is currently not something that we offer as 70% of our items are sustainably made-to-order & pre-ordered.
Do you offer international shipping?

Do you accept refunds?
We do not accept refunds, all sales are final.

Absolutely, we gladly accept exchanges in this particular instance and offer a store credit on full-price items. Purchases made on sale may not be exchanged or returned at any time.
